How are your art pieces shipped?
Each item is carefully packaged by the artist or our specialized logistics team using museum-quality materials to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. We offer insured shipping on all original artworks.
What is your return policy for original art?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Are the items on Artful Home handmade?
Yes, the vast majority of our collection consists of handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, or limited-edition pieces created by independent artists and master craftspeople.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. For other international destinations, please contact our concierge team to receive a custom shipping quote and verify customs eligibility.
Can I request a custom commission?
